After growing frustrated with the "assembly line" model of education, Daniel spent the last decade helping to build the project-based, mastery-focused micro-school models that form the basis of The Phoenix Method. Today, he works as an educational consultant , training parents and coaches to launch their own successful micro-schools through his "Micro-School LaunchPad" accelerator program.
